“Let your words be better than silence.” I saw this saying on a church sign many years ago and I still ponder the meaning of it. Silence is different things to different people. To some it’s peace. To some it’s loneliness. To some it’s comfort and to some it’s rejection. It can be many things. May we examine the silence within us and around us, and let our words be worthy.
Like apples of gold in settings of silver is a word spoken in right circumstances.
